When it came time to test out our new cocktail stirrers, we took them over to one of our favorite Brooklyn bars, Weather Up in Prospect Heights. They topped off their Fall Spritz beautifully (though selfishly, we could have spent all night “testing” our new products). Beverage Director, Courtney McKamey, was gracious enough to share the recipe for those of you who can’t get there for the real thing!

Weather Up’s Fall Spritz

1/2 oz Ramazotti
1/2 oz Amaro di Angostura
1/2 oz Amaro Montenegro
1/2 oz Giffard Pamplemousse
3 drops saline

Combine ingredients in a Collins glass, top with Prosecco and garnish with a grapefruit twist. Cheers!
