Today we're mixing our way though another cocktail recipe from one of our favorite books, The PDT Cocktail Book. That summer heat has finally broken, and while we're mourning our beach days, we're stoked for the newness of fall—back to school, the impending ramp up to the holidays (one of our busiest times around here). So we thought we'd hunker down with a seasonal cocktail. And with a name like the Betsy Ross, it's a perfect excuse to bust out our Philly Hometown Glasses!
