It's almost Christmas! I can barely believe it. Amidst the whirlwind that is Love & Victory for the holidays (it's like Santa's workshop over here!), December seems to fly by. We're planning on staying in Brooklyn and hosting family. Looking forward to a little downtime and a little catch up.
That said, while I love a good aged eggnog during the holidays, sometimes amongst preparations, I just don't have the energy to go through the whole process of making it, not to mention the foresight to make it a month or two ahead of time! That's why when we found this 'Nog recipe — I knew we had to give it a try. I mean, there's ice cream in it for crying out loud! Traditional? No. Delicious? Hell yes.
Happy Holidays to you all. Wishing you health & happiness in 2016!
